Intel内部的招聘考核指标

Intel 英特尔招聘 猎头每个公司都有考核招聘效果的指标,Intel英特尔也不例外:

  1. Time to Target 完成时间- difference between actual and desired (Hiring Mgr)start date.
  2. Proactive Sourcing 主动招聘 – % offers where candidates were in our databases prior to the requisition being opened.
  3. Hiring manager satisfaction 招聘主管满意度 – survey on staffing perf and system tools
  4. Quality of Hire 招聘质量 - combination of employee and Hire Mgr input on job fit, org fit, and integration
  5. Data Quality 数据质量 – customer facing defects per million opportunities
  6. Priority Schools 毕业学校 – % hires from targeted schools
  7. Recruiting Efficiency Ratio 招聘效率比 - total cost of recruiting/employee compensation (we are re-evaluating this compared to the simpler Cost/Hire)
