高管变动：柳传志重出江湖

根据最新消息，70多岁联想创始人柳传志不满意他的接班人最近的表现，决定再下厨房亲自做菜。

老柳的名言：管理基础就是三件事：“搭班子、定战略、带队伍”。看来这次还是觉得班子不对，别人来做班长都不好。杨元庆如果再干不好，老柳把郭为再调过来的可能性也不是没有。

老柳还说：人才是折腾出来的。所以不难理解他为什么古稀之年还要出来当班长。但胡哥不是说要“不折腾”么？
